Revontium™ Compact XRF Analyzer
Manufacturer: Malvern Panalytical
SKU: Revontium
Description
The Revontium Compact XRF Analyzer from Malvern Panalytical is a benchtop energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. It is engineered for elemental analysis of diverse sample types, including solids, pressed powders, fused beads, and liquids. The instrument employs an X-ray tube with an excitation range from 4 to 60 kV, utilizing zero-evaporation technology advancement (ZETA) for minimal signal drift. A key feature is its array of four high-resolution silicon-drift detectors (SDD), which work simultaneously to enable rapid data collection. The system is designed with a compact footprint, requiring only 0.4 square meters of bench space, and uses air cooling to eliminate the need for external water lines. It includes a built-in computer and a 15-inch adjustable touchscreen for operation. An automated sample spinner and a robotic arm for sample handling contribute to its functionality for routine analytical tasks.
