The RAPIDPICK MP from Hudson Lab Automation is a multi-pin automated colony picker designed for high-throughput workflows. It features 20 pins and can inoculate up to 2400 wells per hour. The system accommodates a variety of SBS-format plates, including shallow and deep-well types in 24, 96, 384, and 1536 configurations. It has an input capacity for 72 deep-well culture growth plates. This instrument is engineered to provide automated colony picking with precise data handling, suitable for molecular biology and synthetic biology applications.
