Description
The QuikCheck Analyzer Series from KPM Analytics comprises benchtop and at-line near-infrared (NIR) instruments for routine quality control. They are used for the non-destructive analysis of moisture, oil, and coating levels in various food products, including snacks, general food items, and animal feed. The analyzers can measure moisture content from 0.1% to 95%, oil from 0.1% to 50%, and coatings from 0.1 to 200 grams per square meter (GSM). Reported accuracies are ±0.1% for moisture, ±0.2% for oil, and ±0.1 GSM for coatings. Results are typically provided within 10 seconds. The devices feature a rugged, polycarbonate construction and a temperature-controlled detector designed for stability. Data can be exported via USB, and optional PC software allows for calibration management and remote data logging.
