The Qubit Flex Starter Kits from Thermo Fisher Scientific are based on the Qubit Flex Fluorometer, a medium-throughput instrument capable of measuring up to eight samples simultaneously. The kits are tailored for different quantification workflows. The Qubit Flex NGS Starter Kit (Q45893) is configured for DNA quantification in sequencing applications and includes a high-sensitivity DNA assay kit, tube strips, reservoirs, a Wi-Fi dongle, a digital training resource, and an extended warranty. The Qubit Flex Quantitation Starter Kit (Q45894) offers a wider array of reagents for DNA, RNA, and protein analysis, along with a system verification assay and the same ancillary components. The fluorometer uses LED-based excitation with blue (approx. 460–480 nm) and red (approx. 620–640 nm) wavelengths and features an intuitive interface for selecting assays.
