Description

The Qubit 4 Fluorometer from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a benchtop instrument for the quantification of nucleic acids and proteins. It utilizes fluorescence-based assays, with specific excitation and emission filters for different analytes. The device features a touchscreen interface for operation and can export data via USB or through a Wi-Fi connection to the Thermo Fisher Cloud. It is designed to provide measurement results within a few seconds per sample, using small sample volumes typically between 1 and 20 µL. The instrument is intended for research use only (RUO).
