Designed for robust application in both laboratory and industrial settings, the Qness 750 E EVO Macro Hardness Tester handles large and heavy components. It features a substantial test table and a fixed component support system. The test head is driven by an integrated asynchronous motor, allowing for dynamic positioning. This model can accommodate workpieces weighing up to 3500 kg, with a maximum test height of 510 mm. It applies test forces from 0.3 to 750 kg (2.94 to 7358 N), covering a broad spectrum for macro-hardness testing. The tester is compatible with Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell, Knoop, and plastics testing methods. Operation is managed through a capacitive 12-inch touchscreen interface, which controls the testing cycle and displays results.
