PURIST Series Genie Water Systems
Manufacturer: RephiLe Bioscience Ltd.
SKU: RG0S00000 / RG0S000T0
Description
The PURIST Series Genie is an ultrapure water system from RephiLe Bioscience, designed to produce Type I water from a feed of reverse osmosis, distilled, or deionized water. It is intended for critical applications such as HPLC mobile phase preparation, analytical sample dilution, buffer preparation for cell culture, and molecular biology reagent formulation. The system achieves a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C with a maximum flow rate of 2 L/min. It incorporates IoT connectivity for system monitoring and control. Purification includes the use of a dual-wavelength (185/254 nm) UV lamp to reduce total organic carbon (TOC), and select models feature an online TOC monitor based on a complete oxidation method. The main unit is compact (32 cm wide by 44 cm deep by 54 cm high) and can be configured in a '1+N' mode, connecting to multiple remote dispensers via wired or wireless links. This allows the primary system to be placed in a non-benchtop location, such as on a wall, shelf, or under a sink. An 8-inch color touchscreen serves as the control console, displaying water quality parameters, system status, and operational data. Maintenance is supported by RFID tags on consumables for tracking performance and installation accuracy. An optional universal water level sensor is available to prevent dry running.
