PURELAB® Flex 3+ Water Purification System
Manufacturer: ELGA LabWater
SKU: PF3+-M3
Description
The PURELAB Flex 3+ is a compact water purification system engineered to generate Type I ultrapure water directly from a standard potable water feed. It is designed for integration with analytical instrumentation, offering a fully automated, self-contained unit. The system achieves a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C and can produce water at a rate of up to 2 liters per minute. Its purification method combines advanced deionization with a UV lamp and features real-time monitoring of total organic carbon (TOC) levels. A key operational feature is its fully recirculating design, which continuously cycles water from an integrated 7-liter reservoir to the point of use to maintain high microbial purity. The reservoir is supplied by a built-in reverse osmosis (RO) membrane with a 20 L/hr capacity. The unit includes a flexible dispenser with a display showing current water quality. For maintenance, front-access doors provide straightforward replacement of consumables. System data can be exported via USB for validation purposes. The design incorporates efficiency features, including an eco-mode and a specialized RO module reported to reduce energy use by up to 55% and wastewater by 20%. The system's construction utilizes reclaimed materials and it can be installed either on a benchtop or mounted on a wall, with dimensions of 236 mm wide by 470 mm deep by 900-1020 mm high.
