Description

The PowderPro A1 from Bettersize Instruments Ltd. is an automated instrument for analyzing the physical characteristics of powders. It measures a comprehensive set of properties including angle of repose, angle of fall, angle of spatula, bulk density, tapped density, cohesion, uniformity, dispersibility, flowability, floodability, and compressibility. The device employs imaging technology for angle measurement and incorporates a patented rotary vibration mechanism. Tapped density is determined using an advanced method with a continuously adjustable tapping frequency ranging from 50 to 300 times per minute. The unit has compact dimensions of 350 mm wide, 600 mm long, and 730 mm high. Operation is managed via a PC control terminal, and the instrument supports Wi-Fi for data communication. It finds application in testing materials such as battery components, building materials, ceramics, metal powders, pharmaceuticals, powdered detergents, soils, sediments, and toners.
