Description

Alconox Powdered Precision Cleaner is a concentrated anionic detergent formulated for laboratory cleaning applications. It is designed for use in both manual washing and ultrasonic cleaning systems. The product is free-rinsing, which helps prevent residue from remaining on cleaned items, thereby reducing the potential for interference in subsequent procedures. It is effective for removing contaminants from a wide variety of materials, including glassware, metals, plastics, ceramics, porcelain, rubber, and fiberglass. This cleaner serves as an alternative to more hazardous cleaning agents like corrosive acids or solvents. It is authorized for use by the USDA. The recommended dilution ratio is 1 part cleaner to 100 parts water, and it has an alkaline pH of approximately 9.5.
