The cabinet's welded structure is made from white, chemically resistant polypropylene, a material chosen for its durability and favorable thermal properties. Airflow is managed by a HEPA filtration system, which includes a pre-filter, to maintain a clean workspace. A built-in EBM motor fan provides consistent airflow with low operational noise. The cabinet features an ozone-free ultraviolet lamp (17W, 245 nm) for surface decontamination, coupled with a safety mechanism to prevent user exposure to UV light. Interior lighting is provided by energy-efficient LEDs, delivering between 600 and 800 lux of illumination. The user interface consists of a control panel with switches for the fan, UV light, and interior lights, along with a 30-minute timer for the UV cycle. The workspace is accessed through a tempered glass, frameless pivot window.
