Description

The PIPETBOY GENIUS is an electronic pipette controller from INTEGRA Biosciences featuring a repeat dispense function. This capability allows a user to aspirate a larger volume once and then dispense it in multiple, precisely measured aliquots with a single button press, covering a range from 0.1 ml to 50 ml. It is designed for use with serological pipettes from 1 to 100 ml and operates within an ambient temperature range of 5 to 40 °C at up to 80% relative humidity. The device includes built-in overfill protection to help prevent liquid from contaminating its internal filter. When used with compatible INTEGRA serological pipets, which have color-coded mouthpieces, the system can automatically identify the pipet and enable its advanced features. The manufacturer specifies a dispensing accuracy of ±2% of the nominal volume.
