Description

The Phenotypic Screening Library from Aladdin Scientific Corporation is a curated collection of 3,231 bioactive compounds intended for use in cell-based phenotypic assays. This library is formulated to support drug discovery by providing a diverse set of molecules with known biological targets, covering over 290 distinct proteins and more than 1,600 associated subtypes. The compounds exhibit structural diversity, medicinal activity, and cell permeability, with some entries being FDA-approved agents. Each compound is supplied pre-dissolved, with the majority in 10 mM DMSO solution, and others in aqueous or lower-concentration formats, all contained within a 96-well plate configuration.
