PhenoCycler®-Fusion System

Description

The PhenoCycler-Fusion System is an automated platform for performing ultrahigh-plex spatial biology analysis on whole tissue sections. It integrates automated fluidics, high-speed imaging, and proprietary barcoding chemistry to enable the detection of over 100 biomarkers from a single sample. The workflow preserves the spatial context of cells, allowing researchers to quantify protein co-expression and cellular interactions within the tissue microenvironment. The system is designed for scalability, capable of analyzing large tissue areas at cellular and subcellular resolution. Applications include deep phenotyping of the tumor immune microenvironment, neuroscience research, and biomarker discovery. By providing multiplexed spatial data, the platform supports investigations into complex biological systems and disease pathology that are not possible with traditional low-plex methods.
