Description
The PhenoCycler-Fusion 2.0 is an advanced instrument platform for high-plex spatial proteomics and transcriptomics. It enables researchers to map the expression of numerous protein biomarkers across intact tissue sections at single-cell resolution. The system utilizes a cyclic immunofluorescence method, involving iterative rounds of antibody labeling, imaging, and dye inactivation. This version incorporates enhancements for increased throughput, such as the capacity to process multiple slides in a single run. The technology allows for the visualization of cellular neighborhoods and functional states within the native tissue architecture, providing insights into disease mechanisms, tumor microenvironments, and developmental biology. It is used in translational research and drug discovery to generate comprehensive spatial datasets from FFPE or fresh frozen samples.
