pH-Meter PCE-228

Description

The PCE-228 is a versatile handheld meter capable of measuring pH, mV (for ORP/redox potential), and temperature. It offers a high resolution of 0.001 pH and 0.1°F, with a specified accuracy of ±0.002 pH plus two digits. The device operates within a temperature measurement range of 32 to 140°F. It features automatic three-point calibration for simplified setup. Data can be recorded directly onto an SD card in an Excel-compatible format or transferred to a computer via an optional RS-232 interface cable and software. Temperature compensation is handled either automatically by the included sensor or manually. While the unit measures pH and temperature with the supplied components, a separate redox electrode is required for ORP measurements. The PCE-228 is powered by six 1.5V batteries, which are included, and its compact dimensions are 7.1 by 2.9 by 1.6 inches.
