Description

The PFME Peak Fan Moisture Extraction Oven, manufactured by Verder Scientific, is a specialized convection oven optimized for drying applications and processes that release significant moisture. It incorporates a fan to circulate air and an integrated air exhaust system to actively remove humid air from the chamber. The construction includes a chemically resistant stainless steel interior, two adjustable nickel-chrome wire shelves, and a lever-latch door with a silicone seal designed for an airtight closure. A key design aspect is the sealing of the chamber seams to prevent moisture ingress into the insulation. Available in capacities of 30, 60, 120, and 200 liters, the oven can reach temperatures up to 300°C. Configurable options include an interior light, variable speed fan, viewing window, locking door handle, inert gas inlet with flowmeter and solenoid valve, and safety features such as cascade control, digital over-temperature protection, a built-in thermocouple, and an audible alarm.
