Description

The PeptiPec-96 High Throughput Kit from Biotage is a solid-phase extraction platform designed for the parallel purification of synthetic peptides. Presented in a 96-well plate format, the kit utilizes a catch-and-release strategy facilitated by the PurePep Easy Clean (PEC) chemistry. A specialized linker is incorporated at the N-terminus of peptides during solid-phase synthesis, enabling selective capture of full-length target peptides onto the plate media. Following capture, shorter failure sequences and other synthetic impurities are washed away. The purified peptides are then released in a subsequent step. This process is amenable to automation and is intended to streamline post-synthesis workflows for peptide library production and purification.
