Opentrons Flex Aliquoting Workstation

Description

The Opentrons Flex Aliquoting Workstation is a modular liquid handling robotic system configured for sample preparation tasks. Based on the Flex robot platform, it includes pipettes, labware, and necessary components to automate aliquoting and related workflows. The system is capable of handling volumes from 1 to 1000 µL and is compatible with standard 96-well and 384-well plate formats. Primary applications include sample and reagent aliquoting from tubes to plates, serial dilution, cherry-picking, normalization, and pooling. Operation can be managed directly via an integrated touchscreen at the bench or remotely using the Opentrons application programming interfaces (APIs) and control software. This automation is intended to increase throughput, minimize manual handling errors, and reduce hands-on time in the laboratory.
