Odyssey® XF Infrared Imaging System

Description

The Odyssey XF Infrared Imaging System is configured for near-infrared fluorescent and enhanced chemiluminescent detection. It employs a cooled CCD camera as its primary sensor. For excitation, the system uses solid-state diode lasers at 685 nm and 785 nm for infrared fluorescence, complemented by a 525 nm LED source. The available field of view is 12 x 10 cm, which is suitable for smaller blots or multiple smaller samples. This model is designed to provide sensitive detection for quantitative western blot analysis and other gel-based assays requiring infrared or chemiluminescent signal capture.
