Description

This trial-sized offering contains 10 µL of NucSpot® Live 488, a green-fluorescent nuclear stain compatible with both live and fixed cells. The dye, which has excitation and emission maxima near 500 nm and 515 nm, is designed to permeate cell membranes and bind to DNA, resulting in nuclear labeling. Its formulation allows for staining in living cells without requiring fixation, enabling real-time or time-lapse imaging studies. The small, 10 µL volume is intended for initial evaluation or for applications requiring only a minimal amount of reagent. It is supplied in a concentrated form, typically requiring dilution in culture medium or buffer before use.
