NucSpot® 750/780, 1000X in DMSO

This product is a near-infrared nuclear stain provided as a 1000X concentrate in DMSO, with a total quantity of 100 µL. NucSpot® 750/780 binds to DNA, enabling the specific identification of nuclei in prepared biological specimens such as fixed cells or tissue sections. Its spectral properties, with excitation and emission peaks around 750 nm and 780 nm, place it in the near-infrared range.
