Description

NucSpot 650/665 is a far-red fluorescent dye developed for staining DNA in cellular and tissue samples. Its spectral profile, with excitation around 650 nm and emission near 665 nm, places it in the far-red range, which is beneficial for experiments involving multiple labels due to minimal spectral overlap with common green, yellow, and red fluorophores. This dye is intended for nuclear-specific counterstaining in fixed specimens.
