Description

The NuAire Microbiological CO2 Incubators are designed for cell culture applications requiring a controlled, sterile environment. These units provide precise regulation of temperature, CO2 levels, and humidity to support the growth of mammalian cells and microbiological samples. A key feature is the integrated sterilization cycle, which operates at 145 °C to decontaminate the chamber interior, helping to prevent cross-contamination between experiments. The incubators are available in two standard capacities: 160 liters and 200 liters. Temperature control spans from 5 °C to 55 °C, accommodating a wide range of protocols. Operation is managed through a touchscreen control system, allowing users to set and monitor parameters easily. The external dimensions for the models are approximately 649 mm wide by 685 mm deep by 958 mm high for the 160 L version, and 680 mm wide by 691 mm deep by 1008 mm high for the 200 L version. These incubators are suitable for research laboratories, pharmaceutical development, and any setting where aseptic cell culture conditions are critical.
