Description
Agilent Technologies' NovoCyte Penteon Flow Cytometer is a benchtop analyzer that expands upon previous platform capabilities for multicolor assays. The system supports configurations with up to five lasers, enabling access to as many as 30 distinct fluorescence detection channels via independent detectors. This flexibility is intended for researchers designing complex immunophenotyping panels. The instrument accepts samples in various formats, including standard 12 x 75 mm tubes, 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL tubes, and microtiter plates ranging from 24-well to 384-well. It features an adjustable flow rate from 5 to 120 µl/min, operates on 100/115/230 VAC at 50-60 Hz, and measures 33.5 x 18.1 x 18.8 inches (85 x 46 x 48 cm).
