Description
NovoCyte Opteon Spectral Flow Cytometer Systems are configured for spectral flow cytometry applications. These systems from Agilent Technologies are equipped with excitation lasers at 349 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 637 nm. Detection includes forward scatter (FSC) and side scatter (SSC) channels. For sample introduction, the instrument supports manual loading of 12 x 75 mm, 1.5 mL, and 2.0 mL tubes. An optional automated sample loader can handle a rack of 40 tubes in the 12 x 75 mm format, increasing throughput for batch processing.
