Description
The NovoCyte Opteon Spectral Flow Cytometer from Agilent Technologies is a spectral analysis instrument designed for detailed cell characterization. It utilizes a proprietary optical design and advanced electronics to support high-parameter experiments. The system can be configured with up to five lasers and 73 detectors to facilitate complex multicolor panel analysis. It accommodates a range of sample formats, including 12 x 75 mm tubes, 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL tubes, and microtiter plates from 24-well to 384-well configurations.
