Description
The Nexera UCs system is an integrated platform designed to perform both Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) analyses. It operates by automatically switching between these two separation modes, allowing for the measurement of a single sample using different chromatographic techniques. This dual-functionality can enhance laboratory efficiency by consolidating equipment and reducing the physical space required for separate instruments. The system can be used to investigate optimal separation conditions and perform reverse-phase high-speed analysis within a single setup. Existing UHPLC configurations may be upgraded to incorporate SFC capabilities.
