Description

The New Brunswick CelliGen Pro is a modular bioprocess system configured for stirred-tank bioreactor and fermentor applications. It is designed for Sterilizable-In-Place (SIP) operation, supporting a broad working volume range from approximately 18.8 liters to 520 liters. This scalability makes it applicable for pilot-scale and production-scale bioprocessing. The modular architecture allows for customization of control loops, instrumentation, and vessel configurations to meet specific process requirements. As a sterilizable-in-place system, it facilitates repeated use without the need for autoclaving the main vessel, supporting efficient workflow in cell culture and microbial fermentation processes.
