Description

Genizer LLC's NanoGenizer is a laboratory-scale high-pressure homogenizer intended for research, development, and small-scale production. It operates from a standard single-phase electrical outlet without needing compressed air or hydraulic oil. The device can achieve working pressures up to 45,000 psi, with a specified starting pressure of 25,000 psi. A key component is its diamond interaction chamber, which contains nano-sized microchannels. As samples pass through this chamber under high pressure, they experience shear and impact forces suitable for processes like nanoemulsification, liposome preparation, cell disruption, and particle deagglomeration. The system is designed with a programmable logic controller (PLC) interface for operational control.
