Description

The NanoGenizer-II from Genizer LLC is a portable, bench-top high-pressure homogenizer. It is electrically driven and does not require external compressed air or hydraulic oil. The unit can generate operating pressures from 15,000 to 45,000 psi, with a flow rate between 60 and 100 mL per minute. It is compatible with dual syringe systems ranging from 20 mL to 300 mL. The homogenization process is facilitated by a microfluidics diamond interaction chamber, where the sample stream is subjected to high shear and impact forces. This action is intended for applications such as creating uniform particle distributions and reducing particle size in emulsions, dispersions, and for cell disruption.
