NanoDrop™ UltraC
Manufacturer: Thermo Fisher Scientific
SKU: NDULTRACGL
Description
The NanoDrop UltraC is a microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer designed for the analysis of nucleic acids and proteins. It operates across a wavelength spectrum of 190 to 850 nm. The instrument's optical system is based on a 2048-element CMOS linear image sensor, which also functions as the detector. This setup is intended to deliver accurate concentration measurements and purity ratios from minute sample volumes without the need for dilution, using the standard surface tension-based sampling method associated with NanoDrop technology.
