Description

The NanoDrop Eight Spectrophotometer is a UV-Vis instrument designed for high-throughput analysis of nucleic acids and proteins. It operates across a wavelength range of 190 to 850 nm with a stated accuracy of ±1 nm. A key feature is its capacity to measure eight separate samples simultaneously, completing a full set in under twenty seconds. This makes it suitable for environments like pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic laboratories where processing larger sample batches is common. The system incorporates Acclaro Sample Intelligence technology within its software, which is designed to detect common sample contaminants and report adjusted concentrations.
