Description

The MultiWash+ Microplate Washer from Molecular Devices is a compact, automated system designed for washing 96- and 384-well microplates. With dimensions of 8.3 x 17.3 x 8.3 inches (WxHxD), it provides a small footprint suitable for benchtop use. The washer is equipped with a 16-channel manifold and includes four configurable wash/rinse bottles. It offers users significant flexibility through 20 stored wash protocols, each capable of containing up to eight cycles. Parameters such as dispense speed, volume, aspiration speed, aspiration time, and soak duration are adjustable. The device also incorporates three distinct shaking modes to aid in solution mixing. It is intended for use in various assay workflows, including ELISA, fluorescent and luminescent immunoassays, cytotoxicity tests, and agglutination assays. The design emphasizes walk-up usability and efficiency, eliminating the need for external pressurized bottles.
