Description

The Multiskan SkyHigh Microplate Spectrophotometer is a UV-Vis spectrophotometer from Thermo Fisher Scientific capable of reading microplates and, in certain configurations, cuvettes. It features a broad wavelength range from 200 to 1000 nm with 1 nm step resolution, powered by a xenon flash lamp. A key performance attribute is its scanning speed, capable of acquiring a full spectrum from a single well in approximately 10 seconds. The instrument supports various measurement modes, including endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scanning.
