Description
The MultiRAM is a Fourier-transform Raman spectrometer configured as a standalone benchtop system. It utilizes a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser source to minimize fluorescence interference in samples. The spectrometer covers a spectral range from 50 to 3600 cm⁻¹. Detection options include a room-temperature InGaAs detector, a high-sensitivity germanium diode, or a liquid nitrogen-cooled germanium detector for enhanced sensitivity. The system incorporates an interferometer with permanent optical alignment for stability. Operational software provides control over data acquisition, laser power, and sample positioning. The instrument supports various sampling geometries and can be equipped with accessories for temperature control, automated sample changing, and microscope coupling for microanalysis.
