Description

msRepeatFinder is a specialized software tool from JEOL USA, Inc., for the analysis and characterization of synthetic polymers using mass spectrometry data. It is designed to process and visualize complex spectral data to aid in polymer identification. A central analytical technique within the software is Kendrick Mass Defect (KMD) analysis, which helps to identify repeating monomer units and polymer series within a mass spectrum. The software supports high-resolution data, enabling accurate end-group analysis by determining the mass of polymer chain termini.
