Description

The PCE-MA 110 is a halogen moisture analyzer that operates on the loss-on-drying principle. This method involves measuring the weight of a sample before and after a controlled drying process to calculate moisture content. The unit features a halogen heating system that can be adjusted from 40 to 199°C (104 to 390°F) for efficient drying of various materials. Its integrated balance has a weighing range of 0.01 to 110 grams with a readability of 0.1 grams (10 mg). The device can measure moisture content from 0 to 100% with a resolution of 0.1%. Users can store up to 15 custom drying profiles in memory for repeated tests. An automatic calibration function is included, utilizing a provided 100-gram weight to ensure measurement accuracy over time.
