Designed for robust industrial and laboratory use, the PCE-UX 3011QD moisture analyzer determines water content in heat-stable materials. It features a maximum sample weight of 220 grams and a weighing resolution of 0.001 g. The halogen heating system can be set between 105°C and 360°C to efficiently dry samples. Operation is based on the thermogravimetric method, where the instrument continuously measures mass reduction, displaying moisture values in real-time on its LC screen. To ensure consistent results, the unit automatically terminates the drying process when a stable weight is detected, with criteria adjustable for sampling interval and weight loss. Users can program a timer and secure settings with a menu lock. The device stores up to nine drying profiles for repeated tests. For data management, it provides GLP-compliant output via RS-232 and USB interfaces, supporting optional software for detailed analysis and reporting. A unique 4-digit identifier is assigned to the device for data traceability. This model is commonly applied in quality control for building materials, chemical products, and recycling processes.
