Description

The PCE-UX 3011HQD is a high-temperature moisture analyzer designed for materials that can withstand significant heat. It operates on the thermogravimetric principle, continuously weighing a sample as it is dried by an adjustable halogen heater. This device features a maximum drying temperature of 600°C and a weighing capacity of 200 grams, with a resolution of 0.001 g for precise moisture determination. The 4-inch LC display presents real-time data, including moisture content as a percentage, dry mass, and residual weight. Process control is facilitated by an automatic shut-off function that activates when weight stabilizes, configurable based on sampling start, interval, or weight loss criteria. A programmable timer allows for runs from 1 to 180 minutes. For data integrity, the unit supports GLP-compliant documentation, outputting all measurement data via RS-232 and USB interfaces for printing or transfer to optional PC software. It includes a 4-digit device ID for traceability, a menu lock function, and memory for storing up to nine distinct drying profiles.
