Description

The PCE-UX 3011GQD is a combined moisture and ash analyzer, capable of performing both drying and incineration processes for sample analysis. It is designed for temperature-insensitive materials where determination of dry matter, moisture content, and ash residue is required. The unit features a high-temperature furnace that can reach up to 600°C, with a weighing range of 200 grams and a resolution of 0.001 grams. It is suitable for use in industries such as building materials, chemical production, and biogas plant monitoring. The analyzer measures parameters including percentage moisture, dry matter, loss on ignition, and residue on ignition. Operational controls include a customizable auto-stop function, a timer settable from 1 to 180 minutes, and a memory for storing up to nine method profiles. Data can be output for GLP compliance via RS-232 and USB interfaces, with optional software for PC connection. A PreFlash function is included to reduce drying time at lower temperatures.
