Description

Rigaku's MiniFlex XpC is an X-ray diffractometer engineered for rapid, automated quality control in industrial environments such as cement production, pharmaceuticals, and battery manufacturing. The system integrates a compact 800 W high-flux X-ray generator and tube with the D/teX Ultra silicon strip detector, which provides a large area for high-throughput data collection. Its optimized theta/theta geometry maintains a horizontal sample orientation, and it includes a sample spinner to mitigate preferred orientation effects. Designed for streamlined operation, the MiniFlex XpC features the EasyX interface, allowing for simple measurement and pass/fail analysis in minimal steps. With dimensions of 620 x 460 x 722 mm (WxDxH), it occupies a footprint of approximately 0.9 square meters, making it suitable for integration into production lines. The instrument supports automation through compatibility with sample loading robots or conveyors and uses industry-standard steel ring sample holders. A patented variable-width scattering slit helps minimize background signal at lower angles, contributing to its analytical speed and accuracy for online process control.
