Mini Bio-Spin® Chromatography Columns

Description

Bio-Rad's Mini Bio-Spin Chromatography Columns are disposable spin columns intended for small-volume size-exclusion chromatography, desalting, or buffer exchange procedures. Each column provides a bed volume of 1.2 ml and is constructed from polypropylene. The design is suitable for processing samples where rapid separation or purification of biomolecules is required. Being disposable, they eliminate the need for column cleaning and regeneration, helping to prevent cross-contamination between samples. The columns are supplied in a pack of 100 and are autoclavable, allowing for sterilization when necessary for aseptic techniques.
