Milli-Q® EQ 7000 Ultrapure Water Purification System

Manufacturer: Merck KGaA

SKU: ZEQ7000T0 / ZEQ7000TR

Description

The Milli-Q EQ 7000 is a Type 1 ultrapure water purification system engineered to provide consistent, high-purity water for sensitive laboratory applications. It produces water with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C and a total organic carbon (TOC) level of 5 ppb. The system offers a maximum output flow rate of up to 2 liters per minute. A key feature is its modular design, which allows for flexible installation either on a bench, under a bench, or mounted on a wall to suit various laboratory layouts. The purification unit can be positioned separately from its dispensing interface, with the Q-POD dispenser and the 7-inch touchscreen control panel capable of being mounted up to 3 meters away. The system is compatible with several feed water sources, including Elix EDI, deionized (DI), reverse osmosis (RO), or distilled water. Final water quality can be tailored using specific Application POD-Pak filters. The Q-POD dispenser provides manual flow control and one-touch volumetric dispensing, supported by visual indicators for quality assurance. System monitoring includes inline TOC measurement at the point of use. Designed with operational efficiency in mind, this model is reported to consume over 10% less energy, use 20% less plastic, and have a 25% smaller footprint compared to the manufacturer's previous generation systems.
