MET ONE Facility Monitoring Systems (FMS) are scalable platforms for comprehensive environmental monitoring in cleanrooms and controlled environments. These systems integrate data from various MET ONE instruments, such as the portable 3400+ series and the remote 6000 and 7000 particle counters, to monitor parameters including non-viable and viable airborne particles, differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity. Based on an open-architecture design, the FMS facilitates integration with existing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. The software provides graphical interfaces, configurable alarms, and automated reporting tools aimed at reducing manual errors and supporting regulatory compliance with standards like ISO 14644 and 21 CFR Part 11.
