Description

The MET ONE 6000 is a compact remote particle counter intended for fixed installation in continuous monitoring systems within cleanrooms. It serves industries such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and flat panel display manufacturing. The unit offers configuration choices for particle size sensitivity (0.3 or 0.5 micrometers) and sampling flow rate (0.1 or 1.0 cubic feet per minute). Its design incorporates a long-life laser diode and is calibrated to meet ISO 21501 standards for accuracy. The counter features an open architecture for integration with facility monitoring systems and can provide visual alarms via status lights. An optional probe allows simultaneous measurement of relative humidity and temperature. It is designed to support compliance with regulations including ISO 14644, FDA cGMP, and EU GMP Annex 1.
