Description

The MEDICA PRO water purification system is engineered to produce reagent-grade water conforming to Clinical Laboratory Reagent Water (CLRW) standards. It is suitable for supporting high-volume clinical diagnostic analyzers, whether single units or multiple instruments. This integrated system can deliver water at a rate of up to 4.0 liters per minute, with a production capacity reaching 120 liters per hour. All purification components, including reverse osmosis, deionization, UV treatment, and a degasser, are housed within a single unit alongside a 48-liter storage reservoir. This consolidated design aims to simplify installation and can be positioned under a laboratory bench to conserve space. System operation is supported by monitoring software that includes an emergency bypass function to maintain continuous water supply. Bacterial control is addressed through integrated technology and sanitization protocols, with specifications indicating bacterial levels below 1 CFU per milliliter.
