MEDICA® EDI 150/100 High-performance Water Purification System

Description

This high-capacity water purification system from ELGA LabWater's MEDICA series is built to support multiple or high-volume clinical diagnostic analyzers. The MEDICA EDI 150/100 integrates several purification technologies: reverse osmosis, electrodeionization (EDI), ultraviolet treatment, and degassing. It delivers purified water at a rate of up to 4 liters per minute at a pressure of 14 psi (1 bar). The produced water has a resistivity exceeding 10 MΩ·cm and a TOC content under 30 ppb, conforming to CLSI CLRW standards. The system, identified by SKUs MED150M1-115 and MED100M1-115, incorporates a 75-liter storage reservoir within a single cabinet. Features include self-diagnostic software with an emergency bypass, an 'all-in-one' design for under-bench installation, and sanitization protocols designed to maintain bacterial levels below 1 CFU/ml.
