Description

Hiden Isochema's MBR Membrane Testing Reactor is an automated system designed for investigating the gas permeation selectivity of membrane materials used in separation and purification processes. The reactor can operate at pressures up to 10 bar and is available with temperature options of 120 °C or 300 °C. It includes multiple gas inlets for compatibility with various test gases and an ultralow dead volume automated switching valve. A key component is the fully integrated, close-coupled mass spectrometer, which provides real-time gas analysis. The system offers bespoke reactor design options to accommodate specific experimental requirements for studying membrane performance.
