The Mastersizer 3000+ Ultra represents the highest-tier configuration in this series of laser diffraction particle size analyzers. It offers an extended measurement range from 0.01 to 3500 micrometers, facilitated by multiple light sources including a 10 mW LED at 470 nm in addition to the standard helium-neon laser. Measurements can be completed in under ten seconds. The system uses a log-spaced array detector and is designed for automated operation with various sample types. Its software suite, Mastersizer Xplorer, includes features like Data Quality Guidance, SOP Architect, and an AI-powered measurement mode called Size Sure.
